This is the full, unabridged audio of the phone call between Lt. Scott and the suspect, well-respected police officer Robert, from Season 1, episode 12: THE SOCIOPATH AND THE WHISTLEBLOWER. Robert has been placed on administrative leave so Lt. Scott calls him at home in the late morning when he knows Robert’s family will be out. What Robert doesn’t realize is that the lieutenant is recording their conversation and he already knows much more than Robert thinks he does. RANT

This is the full length jail call from Season 1/ Episode 5, SHE SAID, HE SAID, between convicted sex offender, Patrick, and his parents. Patrick made this call right after he plead guilty to sexually abusing his 9-year old stepdaughter and was sentenced to 34 years in prison. His parents never wavered in their belief that their son was innocent and emptied their savings to pay for his defense at trial. But when Patrick was faced with irrefutable evidence of his guilt he opted to avoid going to trial and took a plea deal instead.

Detective George has been in law enforcement for over 20 years. The last 12 years he has been a detective assigned to Domestic Violence, Auto Theft, and currently Violent Crimes. George has been a member of SWAT for 16 years. He previously served on Bike Patrol, and as a Field Training Officer.

K-9 CAPERS

Zibby and Yeardley sit down with four K9 officers, including our own Detective Dan, to hear how they bond with these elite animals (no, to snuggling on the couch; yes, to playing “fetch” at 3AM). They also get the lowdown on the time Detective Dave ended up as a chew toy.

Officer Brian has been a Police Officer for over 13 years. Specifically, he’s operated as a K9handler for 11 years. Brian has worked 3 dogs, 2 of which are from Germany, one is from the Czech Republic. He’s been a State trainer for over 3 years and is currently running his own training class.

Officer Daren has been a Police Officer for 19 years. He’s worked two K-9s and is currently working with a third dog. Daren has been in the K9 field for 14 years.
