This Privacy Policy describes how Q and Shü Global Industries, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company dba Paperclip Limited, and our brands and subsidiaries (“Paperclip”, “we” or “us”) collect, use and share information about you. This policy applies to information we collect when you use our websites, including www.smalltowndicks.com and otherwise interact with us as described below. We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of this policy, and in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to the homepages of our websites or sending you an email notification). We may retain cached or archived copies of information about you for a certain period of time.

Under the law, a business must either provide this information or permit California residents to opt in to, or opt out of, this type of sharing. We permit California residents to opt out of having their information shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes.
